USE OF COOKIES
This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored permanently or temporarily when you visit a website. The purpose of these cookies is, in particular, to analyze the use of this website for statistical purposes and for continuous improvement.

You can deactivate cookies completely or partially at any time in the settings of your browser. If cookies are deactivated, certain website functions may no longer be available to you.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small files which are stored on your data carrier and which record certain settings and data for the exchange with our system via your browser. Basically, there are two different types of cookies: so-called session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and temporary/permanent cookies, which are stored on your data carrier for a longer period of time or indefinitely. This storage helps us tailor our web pages and our offers to suit your needs and facilitates usability for you by, for example, storing certain information so that you are not required to re-enter it each time.

WHICH COOKIES DOES Bally Foundation USE?
Most of the cookies used by us are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of the browser session (end of session, hence called session cookies). In addition, we use cookies that remain on your hard drive. During your next visit, we will automatically recognize that you previously visited us and which entries and settings you prefer. These temporary or permanent cookies (lifespan of 1 month to 10 years) are stored on your hard drive and delete themselves automatically after the specified time. In particular, these cookies enable us to make our services more user-friendly, effective and secure. Thanks to these files, it is possible, for example, for us to display information on the site that is specifically tailored to your interests. The exclusive purpose of these cookies is to adapt our offer to your customers' wishes in the most effective way and to make browsing our site as comfortable as possible for you.

WHICH DATA IS STORED IN THE COOKIES?
The cookies used by Bally Foundation only store pseudonymous data. When the cookie is activated, it receives an identification number which is not assigned to your personal data. The cookie does not store your name, IP address or similar data that would enable the cookie to be assigned to you. Based on the cookie technology, we only receive pseudonymized information, such as which of our website pages have been visited, which services, articles or cases have been viewed, etc. We do not use cookies to identify you.
